For those of you who follow us on Instagram, you will, no doubt have already heard that we are on the verge of publishing a brand new website. And for those of you who don’t follow us on Instagram, count yourselves lucky – we have been talking of nothing else while now.
Our new website will be supported by a brand update. We decided that the time had come to re-work the brand to better represent who we are and what we have to offer.
When we began Pixel Primate, we wanted the brand to play on the company name, to make it a bit cheeky and a bit different. As time went on and the years passed, Pixel Primate continued to evolve and we recently decided that we wanted our identity to reflect our progression.
Gone is the gorilla (well, he’s still hanging around in the background – see if you can spot him on the new website) and the serif font that served us so well for the early years. And, in its place, we have put a simple yet confident typographical logo, which perfectly chronicles this point in Pixel Primate’s evolution.
